Since its establishment in 2007, the tournament has been called the Ladies Scottish Open and will be renamed the Women’s Scottish Open. It will be held at the new venue of Dumbarnie Links from August 3 to 6, 2023. The tournament was jointly organized by the LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour.
