The ISCO Championship (formerly called Barbasol Championship) 2024 is a PGA Tour and European Tour golf event that will take place in Keene Trace Golf Club,  Nicholasville,  KY from 11-14 July 2024. In 2015, it first played as an alternative event to The Open Championship, which was held in Britain in July. The starting three tournaments were held at the Grand National Course at Robert Trent Jones Golf Course in Opelika, northeast of Auburn, Alabama. Since 1990, this is the first PGA Tour event that took place in Alabama.

The event moved to the Keene Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, south of Lexington, Kentucky in 2018, and was the first non-major PGA Tour event in the state in 59 years since the 1959 Kentucky Derby Open. The PGA Championship was played at the Valhalla Golf Club near Louisville in 1996, 2000, and 2014.

As with other alternate events, the ISCO Championship Champion does not receive an invitation to the Masters and limited point values because of the weak field of participants. But, the winner still receives a two-year PGA Tour exemption and a chance to participate in the PGA Championship.
