From 20-23 June 2024
Today, the PGA of America declared that the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship 2024 will take place at Sahalee Country Club with approximately 8,000 spectators on–site. The tournament will start from 20-23 June 2024.
The decision was made under the coordination of the Johns Creek City Government and the supervision of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
PGA Chairman Jim Richerson said: "The continued upward trajectory and the huge potential of the KPMG Women's PGA Championship make us excited." "We are happy to bring this Grand Slam back to the South. This is the first time in more than 40 years and introduces the world’s best female athletes to the historic high court of the Atlanta Athletic Club. It is a special golf course with many championship traditions, and we expect it to be the setting for an unforgettable competition in June. "
The KPMG Women's PGA Championship 2024 field includes eight PGA / LPGA club professionals who have qualified in 2020 for the PGA Women's Stroke Play Championship. Sandra Changkija won the tournament by five strokes at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
